Lydia goes and changes her clothes into something much more suited to go out... you know, in her time, but that's why they're going shopping. Since it's not a horribly complicated outfit, she comes out in about 15 minutes-- the majority of which was spent brushing her rather lengthy hair... even if she then put a hat on over it. ]
[Like he was going to stay in the room in the first place, order or not!! Okay, but no, he's totally biding his time out there, just sorta staring at the wall designs. (Is this what they really had back in the past...) So, he perks up once the other girl does come out of the room, himself giving her a cheerful wave.]
Nice outfit. Alright, alright. Let's just head off for now, shall we? You're the...er, space...traveler person.

[ She calls out almost right away and within a few moments a cat comes into the room, apparently complaining to her.. though Sasayan probably just notices meowing in a whiny manner, then Lydia holds her hand out to Sasayan, the other one on Nico's tail. ]
[More holding hands, huh...he just seems to shrug it off, clasping unto Lydia hand and watching Nico meow in annoyance.]

But once he does manage to get the two out of the house, he's leading them right down to the shopping district, complete with a crowd, and people staring at the two because of Lydia.

[ She's welllll aware she's being stared at and seems to be getting a little self-conscious, tucking her hair behind her ears and keeping her eyes down as she follows him. She's keeping surprisingly close too, mostly because dear god even if people stare at her at home it's not like it's everyone, most people just ignore her.
Of course, once she sees the clothes she seems to be looking a bit surprised. Some of the display cases have some clothes that seem skimpy, but some seem very nice. They look much simpler and more comfortable, but she'll have to consider them for a while. Of course... The does have at least one question. ]
...huh? Ah, yeah, they're pre-sewn, or something...I mean, if you want to see a seamstress or something, there are shops where you can have things hand made, but otherwise...

Still, he's already tugging on Lydia's dress a bit, pointing to a store that doesn't really have much for skimpiness, but in terms of actually appealing to someone's fashion senses...]
You'd be surprised; here we have a lot more resources, plus if the consumers are willing to buy, they'll buy it right then and there. You can look at the sales and be in awe over how much they make over this line of clothing.

Oh, yeah, they make some shirts like those. I dunno, I don't really pay attention to women's clothing a lot, I just wear whatever is in my closet half the time.
