[Well it's a good thing he did since Nico has to use fairy pathways to get between worlds so if he let go he'd get lost ok.. then if he ended up in the fairy queens' lands and ate anything he wouldn't be able to leave so that's really important that he didn't let go..

Anyway, Lydia's lying in her bed when he gets there, her nose just above the covers and her hands peaking out over the edge of it.]

[And as soon as he arrives, he blinks a bit at Lydia just sorta...laying there in the first place. Sure, it takes him a while to realize it's her, but eventually he's starting to snicker a bit, finding the scene to be a bit funny to him. Eventually, though, he's finding himself sitting by her bedside, his hand coming to her forehead to check her temperature.]

Hey, you don't seem to be doing so well...are you sure you'll be needing something?

[ It seems like she has a fever, but if he holds it there for a few seconds, it's actually rapidly cooling down now that he's here.. ],/small>

It's fine. I was joking when I said to come over, but I'm glad you're here. [ She's pulling the blanket down a bit now so she doesn't look so silly. ]

Haha, well, you did ask, and I really couldn't say no to that. [Although if he really did try to deny it, whatever made his mouth move on its own certainly did the trick...]

...are you sure you have a fever, though? I mean, sure you did seem hot before, but now you seem to be doing okay.

I did.. I'm actually feeling better now that you're here.

[ This is really weird.. She's noticing a marked difference in her physical state okay ]

...hold on- did you say until I arrived?

[This is aready sounding familiar, and the look on his face shows he's remembering back to when he was sick himself and...

...this better not be a virus.]

Yeah, just like..

[ Lydia sits up rather suddenly, looking surprised at him. ]

[Whereas Sasayan looks like he's just been punched in the gut. Don't tell him he has to deal with another virus...]

And I thought we didn't have to deal with this anymore...ugh, this sucks.

You're not touching me though, so it's not the same one. What's going on..?

[ Hmm.. She's trying to think. If it's just them being in the same room, it might not be that bad. ]

...you're right. I'm not...do you think it'll only work if someone is close to you? I mean- if so, it can't be all too bad.

[And hopefully it doesn't escalate into something much worse. So, he's placing a hand on his chin in thought...] ...any ideas on your part?

Well my father and Nico have both been in to check on me a few times, so I think in this case it might..

[ Maybe it's just a coincidence. Because otherwise.. ]

Go outside of the house for a minute.

[And without any hesitation on his part, Sasayan is already feeling his legs move on their own and already leading them outside of Lydia's room.]

Alright, just tell me when everything is getting better? Or at least when you feel sick again.

[...why did it happen again? As soon as those words came out, his brain is already shouting at him that something is wrong.]

[ As he starts to go outside, she starts to feel worse and worse. Lydia ends up lying back on the bed again, her face down in the pillow. She turns onto her side and holds herself, feeling even sicker the further away he gets, much more rapidly than before to the point that she even just shouts out ]

Come back!

[ And it definitely doesn't sound like a happy recall. ]

[And without any hesitance, Sasayan immediately turns around and dashes back into Lydia's room, a bit of a surprised look on his face as he just sorta stares at the girl with a questioning look.]

...so, did you actually get sick when I went away?

[ She nods, not lifting her head from the pillow for a few moments until the illness subsides once again from him being back. ]

I did. I don't think it's the exact same since you don't have to be touching me, but..

Man, this virus sure is weird if that's the case. I've been getting some weird vibes from it all the time, but...looks like I won't be leaving your side for a while, huh?

[And of course, his face shoots up in a grin once more.]

Hehe, looks like we're fake married at this point, aren't we?

[ Lydia hasn't been getting any of those.. it could be the sickness, but she'd rather hear about them. ]

Yeah like...I dunno how to explain it. Maybe it's also part of the virus? I have no clue.

[He's sure he felt it before- his body moving on it's own? No, it couldn't be that...]

Well try. If you're getting them and I'm not maybe it can tell us something.

[Her gives her a bit of a cringed look- how was he supposed to explain? He was going to tell her he couldn't, but his mouth said something else.]

I dunno, it feels like I'm being pulled along with things that I don't normally do. Like I'm being ordered around or something...

[...WAIT...that wasn't what he said at all-!? How did that come out??]

Well I told you to go outside earlier, but I haven't really been ordering you around..

[ Lydia looks rather concerned about this though for real. ]

I know you haven't- but I've been doing these things sort of on a whim? I dunno. Try giving me an order and see how that goes out.

[And don't make it too terrifying on him- or something outrageous he would never do.]

[ She's nice so it's fine, don't worry. ]

Touch your nose?

[And just like that, his hand flies up to his face, a finger of his own prodding his nose.]

...you know, I didn't even want to do that anyways.
